Welcome to Dump Wizard. These terms keep things clear and fair for both of us — what we provide, how pricing works, and what we each agree to when you book junk removal or a dumpster rental with our family-owned team.
1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the services provided by Dump Wizard LLC ("Dump Wizard," "we," "us"). By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Our services
Dump Wizard provides junk removal and dumpster rental services throughout Palm Beach and Broward counties in South Florida. We are licensed and insured. Service availability, including same-day service, depends on scheduling and location and is not guaranteed until confirmed by us.
3. Estimates and pricing
Junk removal quotes are free and no-obligation. Estimates given by phone, text, or from photos are good-faith approximations; final pricing is confirmed on site based on the actual volume, weight, and type of material. Dumpster rentals are $350 for up to 48 hours, with additional days billed at $50 per day. Optional cancellation insurance is available for $49. Prices may change; the price quoted and confirmed for your job is the price you pay.
4. Scheduling, cancellations, and access
We're available 24/7 and will confirm an arrival window when you book. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible. For dumpster rentals, cancellation terms are covered by the optional $49 cancellation insurance if purchased. You agree to provide safe, legal access to the service location and confirm you have the right to dispose of the items we remove.
5. Excluded items
We cannot accept hazardous materials (such as chemicals, paints, asbestos, fuels, or wet oils) or items requiring special permits for transport or disposal. If prohibited items are found in a load or dumpster, we may decline them or charge reasonable additional handling and disposal fees.
6. Donations and disposal
As part of our eco-friendly approach, items in usable condition may be donated (for example, to Goodwill) rather than landfilled, at our discretion. Once items are removed from your property, ownership transfers to Dump Wizard and we determine the disposal method. If you want a specific item donated or kept, tell us before removal begins.
7. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of junk removal services, or as agreed at booking for dumpster rentals. We accept common payment methods, confirmed when you schedule. Unpaid balances may accrue reasonable collection costs as permitted by Florida law.
8. Liability
We take care in and around your property and carry insurance for our work. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the job in question, except where Florida law provides otherwise. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, damage caused by conditions you did not disclose, or surface damage where a dumpster is placed at your direction (such as driveway markings).
9. Communications
By contacting us or submitting a form on this site, you agree that we may respond by phone, email, or text message regarding your quote and service. SMS consent details, including how to opt out (reply STOP), are described in our Privacy Policy. Your phone number is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from our services or this website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
